As a franchise owner and operator of The Cleaning Authority (TCA) – Frederick for nearly a decade, Brian Dills knows his way around the industry. While he acknowledges his company’s work is similar to many others in the field, it’s the little things that set his business apart.
“Beyond the basics, we focus on detailing the house. Some companies don’t do things like hand-wiping baseboards and wiping down doors. We also do a lot of inspections, which is a very important and effective way to keep quality consistent with each and every team.”
A longtime local (he graduated from Linganore High School in 2001), Dill said the community means a great deal to him. “I love seeing customers out in the community and hearing positive feedback about how happy they are with their service,” he said.
“We encouraged our customers to vote for us in The Frederick News-Post’s Best of the Best contest, and it’s very rewarding to see such a positive showing of support. I’ve long loved the Frederick area, and as it continues to grow, we grow with it.”

“What I think separates us is how we treat our employees. We offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and a matching 401(k). As we’ve grown, we’ve given more and more back to them.”
