Umpf. It’s been a tough week. Actually, you know what? The weeks keep getting tougher. The patience is waning thinner. Anyway. Enough of that. There’s an odd amount of Really Great Artists that will be around town this weekend. Old Indian, ye of Frederick Fall Fest Fame<\/a> (above) are going to take a break for a little while after their show tonight at Cafe Nola. What does that mean? It means that you should go say goodbye (for now) to those fine young men. We love them. You love them. Frederick loves them. Elsewhere, the Foghorn Stringband, who we spoke with earlier this week<\/a>, will be at The Opera House over in Shepherdstown. So, that’s an option. And if you don’t feel like making the drive tonight, Angela Perely, who we once Q’ed and A’ed<\/a>, will be rocking Da House tomorrow night. Karen Jonas, who we love more than life itself, will be at two separate places this weekend, so there isn’t a single good reason you should walk away from the next three days Jonas-less. Ghost Pepper<\/a> reached out and wanted us to let you know they’ll be at the Tilted Kilt this weekend, so take note. Plus, don’t forget our dear friend Todd C. Walker, who will be performing at Red Shedman on Saturday. There’s\u00a0Vital Remains. There’s V6. There’s Guys In Thin Ties. There are a bunch of open mics. There’s As If. There’s Plain Wonder. There’s 351 South. And then, of course, there’s My Life On Hold. We’ll be back next week with a super fun video we are chomping at the bit to share. For now, though, Happy Mid-October.
