If you check out the next edition of the Uncapped Magazine, you\u2019ll see a cover story on the fine people at Adroit and that cover story will be written by me (the \u201cColin\u201d in the \u201cChris Makes Colin Drink\u201d). So, hey: We were already there, and it seemed like a good idea.<\/div>\n

HOW MUCH DID I WANT TO TRY ANY OF THESE BEERS?<\/strong><\/div>\n
I was torn. It was an awful day, but I still had a lot of work to do after interviewing the people there. So, on a scale of \u201cGet Away From Me\u201d to \u201cI Can\u2019t Live Without It,\u201d I\u2019ll go with, \u201cI Need It. Now.\u201d<\/div>\n

THE VIBE<\/strong><\/div>\n
It really did kind of feel like a very large garage, which was neat in its own way. They are expanding soon, from what I understand, so it\u2019s not going to look like that forever (i.e. go visit them now!), but as for vibes, we\u2019ll say, \u201cUnexpected Metal-Head-Chic.\u201d<\/div>\n

THE BEST THING TO COME OUT OF THIS MESS<\/strong><\/div>\n
There was a lot, actually. I really liked owner Mark Osborne, and the beer, while explicitly novel, was pretty good (remember: This comes from someone who considers three tall Coors Lights at Red Robin \u201clunch\u201d). In fact, I\u2019d even say I liked them more than Chris at times. As for the best? Well, there was a Pina colada beer that was out of this universe. Ask Chris. Even he agrees.<\/div>\n

NOW, ABOUT THE BEER \u2026<\/strong><\/div>\n
It should be noted that B\/A\/Y\/S stands for \u201cBlack As Your Soul,\u201d which is ripped from the classic Nine Inch Nails song \u201cHead Like A Hole.\u201d And while that\u2019s a fun tidbit, I\u2019ll also add that it\u2019s the only stout we had, so you can guess which beer I liked the most. As for Chris, he thought the AK (Silent Warrior) was really good, which was evidenced by him saying, \u201cI think this is really good.\u201d Better yet, it was 8.3 percent ABV, and the stronger the beers, the better. Especially for us depressive folk. And while Chris didn\u2019t have much to say about the BLVCK Celebration with frosted sugar cookies \u2026 come on, man! It\u2019s a beer with frosted sugar cookies! It was great! Don\u2019t let the expert mislead you.<\/div>\n
