With over 20 years of experience in hair design, Sheryl has a great passion for her art and making people more beautiful. As a color specialist, her talent is creating natural-looking color and highlights and completing the look with exceptional haircuts. From her classic education to extensive training, she consistently brings her artful eye to her work.

Nicole is a very passionate and experienced stylist who loves her craft. A 1990 graduate of Damascus High School, she continued her education at Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy in Dallas, Texas, and Graham Webb Academy in Arlington, Va., and received a Coppola keratin smoothing treatment certification. She has been with Avenue West Salon since 2002.

Milka can create virtually any look—from bold and crazy colors to a soft enhancement of your natural color. Whether you want to show the world your wild side or give yourself a natural, sophisticated look, Milka will work with you to formulate the perfect style.

Erica specializes in haircutting, color, waxing and dynamic blondes. A part of the beauty industry since 1998, she has taken color specialty certification courses, and has earned certifications in cutting techniques and Coppola’s keratin smoothing treatment.

Sarah has been a certified stylist since 2015, and is also certified in NovaLash eyelash extensions. Her specialties include eyelash extensions, blowouts, highlights and color, and make-up.

Jessie has been with Avenue West Salon since 2014. She is continually educating herself on new trends through classes and by attending hair shows. She focuses on color, highlights, Balayage, make-up and layered cuts. She loves styling and catering to her clients’ needs.
