Tuesday’s Video Of The Day is all for the kids (because, really: Why else would we do all of this anyway?! It’s for the kids!). If you click above, you’ll see Emi Sunshine performing “Little Weeping Willow Tree” on “The Today Show,” and while she might call Madisonville, Tennessee, home, the reason you ought to care about her is because … well, because she’s headlining Kidstock at the Frederick Fairgrounds this weekend! Set to kick off at 10 a.m. Saturday, the event is going to feature a whole bunch of great artists, including The Pop-Ups, Rocknoceros and Shane Gamble, among others, so if you happen to have a kid – and you’re interested in doing something the whole family can enjoy – this thing is for you (yes, you!). Besides, it benefits Sophie and Madigan’s Playground, which, according to its website, is “a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to honor the lives of Sophie and Madigan Lillard, who died at ages 6 and 3 as a result of a horrific house fire that occurred on January 31, 2013.” I mean, come on: It’s all for a great cause, you can bring your children, and there will be some quality entertainment going on all day. Why would you miss out?
