We may just have found Virginia’s record of the year and we’re a few months late to the party. Check out Fredericksburg’s Karen Jonas (one half of the former Parlor Soldiers, who we were lovin’ all the way back in 2012) and her “Thinking Of You Again.” Check back in a couple weeks for a full-length review of her latest solo set, “Oklahoma Lottery” (here’s a hint: It’s pretty good). In the meantime, however, you can check her out live and in color tonight in Manassas, though if that’s too short of a notice and too far for you to travel, she’ll be hittin’ up Boonsboro in October.
