We completely understand that you may have missed out on this weekend’s Art Market at the 200 East Art Haus (though if you did … well, that was mean) and a performance from Lost Keys. Though if you checked in on last week’s Weekend Playlist, you saw the above video as a teaser for Lost Keys’ Frederick Playlist Presents … session, which we promised to post about this week. And now, finally, it is with great excitement that … well … we can officially post about the session.
Above, you have the band’s original tune, “Thousand Years.” Below, as evidenced by Jordan’s headband, is their original acoustic take on Prince’s “Kiss.” Both videos are radical, and if you spend 10 minutes all day watching live music performances on YouTube, trust us when we say that those 10 minutes should be spent with these guys. Also of note: They’ll be performing on June 11, as part of The Thing, about which you can expect a post later this week.
Anyway, and as always, a huge thank you goes out to Graham Cullen, who is a Video Master, as well as Sylvia Carignan, Chris Sands and Dan Gross. You can follow all of them on Twitter here, here, here and here. We love them all equally and you should, too. Enjoy!
