Well, then. It seems like a bit of a thin lineup this weekend, but … wait. When the hell is it going to stop damn raining?! Anyway, yeah. It appears to be an unusually bare weekend of music, but that doesn’t mean there is absolutely no music. Duh. And, even more so, that doesn’t mean there isn’t quality music that all of you – yes, all of you! – need to check out. The slate is led by this weekend’s Artomatic music, which will feature Mathias, Cheshi and Retro/Ricole Barnes, who you can see above in one of our super-duper-exclusive Frederick Playlist Presents … sessions from earlier this year. That promises to be a fabulous show and promises are promises, remember. Also this weekend, The Reagan Years are celebrating 20 years (!) at Champion Billiards Saturday night and we all know you like yourselves some Reagan Years. And then, of course, the fine institution that is Alive @ Five kicks off for 2016 tonight when Triple Lindy takes the Carroll Creek Amphitheater stage. And if you hate on Alive @ Five, you might as well just move to Boonsboro. Kidding. Anyway, also of note: Tomorrow is Friday The 13th.
