Why, gosh darn it, we didn’t even know this video of “Luma” from the fine lads in Time Columns even existed. But it does. And that makes us happy. These dudes will be at the World Famous Cafe Nola Saturday night, and any time they decide to grace this fine city with one of their fine shows, this fine city ought to be thankful. Love them. Anyway, also this weekend, our friend Todd C. Walker will be heading to Elk Run Winery tomorrow night (that’s Friday for all you sticklers), and he always deserves some love. Sky Stage is going to host stuff for the next three days, and it would be wise to take advantage of that place while you still can (AKA, it’s not too cold and there is no snow … yet). Hymn For Her is still one of our favorite local band names ever, and they are heading to Cafe Nola Friday evening. Matthew Patrick, whose album we reviewed a long, long time ago, will be at Springfield Manor Winery. Fuzzy Match, who were kind enough to be part of our Best Fest in August, will be taking the Champions stage. And, then, of course, never forget Zydeco Jed. Because Zydeco Jed will never forget you.
