Anyway, his band is going to be at JoJo’s Saturday night, and you ought to take note. Other things of which you should take note? How about the second installment of the concert series going on at Flying Dog’s tap room this evening? It will feature our dear, old, great, fabulous friend Luna and her blend of awesomeness. Also neat? Phil Kominski, who we podcasted years ago, will be making an appearance at The Blue Side this evening. He’s a load of fun, as evidenced in this observation of him playing the Preakness last year. There’s the great Jeff Cosgrove, who has something new cooking for all y’all to digest sooner rather than later. There’s the rebirth of Cosmic Halitosis, which we talked about yesterday. There’s some Drunk Naked Pirates. There’s some Film @ Eleven. There’s Empty Ecstasy. And, of course, there’s some Stripmall Ballads. Because who doesn’t need those?
