Also on the bill will be Guys In Thin Ties, Cheshi (who are releasing their debut EP) and Bad Seed Rising. Doors are at 6 p.m. The music starts at 7 p.m. We’ve been talking about this for months. Let’s hope some people come out, eh? So, then, maybe, hopefully, perhaps, via the grace of God, we might just be able to hold a Frederick Music Showcase Vol. 4 someday? Maybe? Perhaps? Please? Pretty please? A few things should also be noted regarding tonight’s event: The official pre-party will commence at Shuckin’ Shack around 5 p.m., so don’t miss that. And then there will be two – two! – after-parties this evening: One, at JoJo’s, the other at Firestones. The Dan McGuire Group will be rocking and rolling the latter while Unfiltered will be doing the same at the former. Oh, and it’s also Tropical Bitch release night. So much stuff! So little time! OK. We’ll stop. Moving on and elsewhere this weekend, Kai Orion, who we questioned and answered earlier today, will be coming to Coffee Co. and man, that should be fun. Mateo Monk is heading to The Blue Side this evening. Signs Point East are going to be headlining Cafe Nola Friday night and that should be neat. Delenda, who we spoke with a few months ago, will be hitting Cafe 611 with a slew of other metal acts. And Cory Henry & The Funk Apostles should be nothing short of incredible at the Weinberg on Saturday night.
