That, right there, are The Plate Scrapers. They are going to headline the fourth-annual Frederick Music Showcase, which is set to go down in about six hours at The Weinberg Center. They will be joined by Time Columns and SoulXChange. We’ve left it all on the court, friends, and we hope dearly – dearly – that you come out tonight to help support local music. If people stop coming to these things, the Weinberg will eventually kick us out, and that’s not good for anybody. We’ve had podcasts and One Takes. We’ve had stories and questions. At this point, it’s all over but the crying. If you’re free and you have an extra couple bucks to spare, come on down and support these fantastically talented local musicians (after heading to the pre-party at Shuckin’ Shack!). Sal “The Voice” is coming to town. And he seems fun. The Reggie Wayne Morris Band is hitting The Blue Side. Willie and all of his Chaperones are hitting Beans In The Belfry.
