Wow, it’s been a long time since we’ve been able to share this video. Check out Luke from Big Hoax performing his classic single “Over And Over.” Yes. Classic. Big Hoax is set to return to Barley & Hops this weekend. It’s been a while since we’ve heard from them. So go say hello. It could be fun. Really. It could. Elsewhere this weekend, our friend Jeff Cosgrove is bringing his mixed bag of jazz to Beans In The Belfry tonight, and he’s always a good hang. Silent Old Mtns., who we’ll be posting about next week, is set to take the Cafe Nola stage and they always bring the holiday cheer. Josh Morningstar, whose new album we plan to dive into in the new year, will be in Shepherdstown at The Opera House with Mountain Ride on Friday, and The Black Lillies, who were on the cover of 72 Hours this week, will be at the very same place a day later. And don’t forget about Swag On! which plans to turn Cafe Nola into a funhouse Saturday night. Oh, and don’t forget about Operation: Death. Because what says “Merry Christmas!” more than “Operation: Death”? The answer is nothing. Go get some shopping done if you haven’t done it, friends. The cold weather is here. Stay warm.
